Went out a 6pm for a quick drink and ended up staying 'til the fireworks. Ex-student paid which was even better. Got to hear rather than see the concert - recognised the voice and he did sing the song I wanted to hear so I know it was really him up there at the other side of the crowd.Even an early downpour didn't dampen the atmospher.
Bit hazy this morning though.
